Is this possible (floating shadowed taskbar) in Win 7 ?

I whipped this up in photoshop and was wondering if it was possible.  I've been searching all day for themes for ObjectBar but it appears as though that (OB) is not available anymore.

I'm no photoshop expert but I think I could get this done if it's possible in SkinStudio.  Thanks in advance.

I think I tried this once...... can't quite remember, but I think it messed up the taskbar height or something similar. I'm sure one of the skinners with more recent experience of SKS will be able to tell you for certain though. :)

take a look at I.R.Brainiacs slider windowblind, he has a floating taskbar in it.
