Suites not supported?

What's the deal. I have purchased all of Stardocks different applications. Just purchased Wincustomize and still get error that suites are not supported.

I must be missing something easy. Cause there isn't anything left for me to buy. Any help on this? Please?

You get an error, in what app? More info please.

Did you uninstall the shareware versions, before installing the registered versions?

no I did not uninstall the shareware. I will do it now. I get the error when trying to apply a downloaded theme from Wincustomizer browser.
