Time for a new un'  !

I wanted to use a less conventional color on this one, lord knows we have enough blue, green and red themes!

Also wanted to get back to using some translucency, Ive missed it  |-) Also something a little more conventional, style-wise.

So here are the humble beginnings of Sakura WB for Win 7

Will post more as it progresses... as usual. :)   Thanks to everyone who continues to support me and my work.

If it wasn't for you guys, I really don't know where I would be. :smitten:

My goodness all that for a skin name. Ok, Vino it is and any name was Ok to me as the name doesn't make the skin. That's over now so back to the topic and updates.

I'm curious how you chose the colours--did you use a program to pick complementary colours, or do it by eye?

Guess I've always had a knack for colors, but, there's a lot of trial and error involved too... doesn't just fall onto paper first time.. for sure.

Maybe more just knowing what looks good, and what makes my eyes burn.. lol.

You just know when it's right :)

Cheers WS !

Looking pretty smart so far! May I suggest ditching the grey/silver for a more pure white or perhaps a cream color? My two cents, you are the master after all :D

lol... The default tak buppon is a nice Rouge...

The active ... a sparkling Zinfandel...

and the flash buppon... My ol' Dad's homemade Dandelion Wine... Circa 1976 !

The start panel looks alot like a Ripple circa 73 to me...lol.

That's actually roughly how it started out... but my mood, I guess, has been rather grey recently.

When its released, PM me, You get a copy. Good call. I couldn't go as 'white' as u may have liked, but I'm digging this more than the grey now.

Thanks. A few people have "eyes" for colours, and the rest of us don't. I've messed around with things, and most of the time I can't tell what colours belong together, and what don't.

By the way, I think the creamy colour works to perfection with the others. I thought the previous choice "fit", but this version seems just right. This is my new favourite of yours.
