[1.3] stop responding

from Elemental Forums

I finaly had time ot play the 1.3 game last night. I started a new game del all last saved stuff. I did my sov and custom race from scratch.

Started on large map with everone in it and this happened 5x in about 2hrs. I hope the info helps you fix my problem.

Side note I have the prestige problem as well but was able to get it back up by del 2 of my cities. My save game 99 is before del and the auto save is after.
