Renewals and Impulse

Has anything gotten settled yet with how to renew a subscription? My Object Desktop subscription expired June 30th. I received no notification and cannot renew as Impulse isn't being used and nothing has replaced it. You would think by now something would be in place to allow us to renew!

I was able to renew, but when I download the software from the Myaccount/product page none of the software will accept my OD Serial number, even though it tells me to use it.

Create a ticket at https://esupport.stardock.com/ so we can swap serials and such and see what's going on.
