Left justify text in max window caption bar?

I'm trying to edit a WB skin I downloaded. Right now, the text on all caption bars is centered. I would like it to be left justified.

I was able to fix regular windows, but I can't fix maximized windows. Changing the "Horizontal alignment" value to "Align left" doesn't do anything (it's actually set to "OS Default" right now and it shows up centered)

Any ideas?

i got it working. i was changing the values in the wrong section.

still have a lot to learn
