how do i use .wba files?

i DL'd a windowsblind and i don't know how to open it...if i do get it opened, and installed and all that jazz, how can i uninstall it?

You need to install WindowBlinds, a shareware version is available. To get it (or any program from this site), just click on the program name in the title of the application in any of the skin boxes in the skin sections.
