How to update ObjectDock Plus WITHOUT using Impulse?

Hi folks...

 

I have ObjectDock Plus, and I want to be able to retrieve updates, but I DON'T want to install Impulse -- I just want the updated installer.

 

Does StarDock not let people install updates without Impulse?  That would suck, and feels an awful lot like a kind of adware mentality to installers; the Impulse download page is very advertisement-y and I don't want any more software installed that has nothing to do with the one thing I DID want installed.

 

Anyone know where you can download JUST ObjectDock Plus updates?

Not gonna get into the why's and wherefore's of Impulse.

Btw, SD is working on an alternative platform to install and update SD software at the moment.

Any word on this OP?

I am running v1.99.0.742 according to the .exe and i have no idea if this is the latest version or not, and i won't be installing Impulse just to find out and download updates to the product i purchased.

 

I have looked everywhere to find out the latest version, I'm assuming there's been no updates to this beta in several months...

Impulse was sold to Game Stop.

Stardock Desktop Software will soon get it's own download platform. In the interim, check THIS thread on how to get your software.
