Impulse update and iconpackager 5 ?

Yesterday, my impulse made an update and now my purchased IconPackager 5 displayed as a free version.

If I try to enter my serial number again, I get this error message.

What´s wrong and what can i do?

If you haven't done so already then please email support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket.

In order to retain your position in the support queue do not send a follow-up email until you get a response from a support tech.
