Starting up Help.

I'm starting out, a newbie or not even a newbie yet,
But we all have to start somewhere.
My question is how do you package Icons?
I Have made few and plan on making a whole package worth but need to know
how to package them and submit.

If you don't already have it, you'll need IconPackager https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/

You use the Packager Builder option, found in the View menu. Then it's just a matter of assigning all the icons, and saving the IconPack.
