About this Problem with Impulse Now

Error Report: When I try to Launch Impulse I gget a "Impulse has encountered a problem and needs to close" Then I proceed to send the error report but that also doesn't work! Thanks

I would suggest uninstalling the copy of Impulse that you have on your machine with CCleaner. Then go to

http://impulsedriven.com/

download and install Impulse from there. Then proceed to logon to your existing account.

If this doesn't work, email support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket and wait until you get a response from an actual person. Don't email again until you do or your first email will be kicked to the end of the queue.

Support works 9-5 M->F. They usually have a weekend backlog to catch up with so it might be Tuesday when you get an answer. Be patient.

lol...Doc, I don't think GameStop changed Impulse that much, did they?  Nice wall too!

question.. why should one have to send email to stardock for support on impulse?

This should be handled through gamestop should it not?
