Quality of Wallpapers declining

I don't know about you, but a month back, our wallpaper section was covered in quality wallpapers with many ranking of 7 or higher.
This morning, as I was scrolling through to look for a good wallpaper...I find out instead of the usual 7, 8, and 9 rankings..I find a bunch of 4s, 5s, and 6s, and some even lower.
I can't help but feel a bit annoyed at this. I guess I'm just used to seeing shoggot moderate off any wallpaper that got the score of a 7 or lower. (shog owns as someone has once said)
I don't know what we can do about it. But I will like to bring this up. Many people aren't priviledged to having dsl or anything of the sort. Loading would be a problem...and if someone finds it rather expensive loading all these wallpapers ranked 4 and 5s..and maybe even lower..chances are..they might not return.
