Bailnights graphic mod problem

alright im using sins of a solar empire diplomacy v1.2 and put it in the right folder in apt data and when ever i enable it and hit apply changes it load propperly and stays frozen and then crashes please help

Which version did you download? There are many versions running around and not all are up to date.

For bailnights I have v1.1, for Sins. Dip. i have v1.2 and actually this is now happening with all of my mods.
