Dual Monitor, ObjectDock showing on "2nd monitor" how do I move it? (Win 7 32bit)

I have both monitors set at 32 bit resolution. It seems that is stuck on the 2nd monitor (the one without the taskbar). Can anyone tell me how I can move it? If I make the position changes it stays over on that monitor.
