trouble accessing windowblinds skins library

I have been trying for 2 wks. to get into the skins library and every time I get a "page cannot be displayed" error from my browser. Anyone know what is going on or what could cause this error. I've accessed the library before, I don't understand why I can't now. Thanks for any help.Laura

ok, I logged off, cleared cookies, logged back on and still cannot access the skins library. Still getting same error. What is going on here?
