problem with paid support - object dock2 not showing all systray icons

I filed paid support ticket AZY-581670  on 4/17 in which I described a problem getting all my systray icons to show on win7 x64. Support asked a question towhich I responded, thent he the ticket was was closed due to lack of responce from me. I responded, reopening the ticket only to have the ticket closed twice more. So I called and left a message (ticket XFW-888991) but this was closed two days later without a  response from stardock support. I've opened a pay pal dispute to try to get support's attention.

 

I don't want a refund, I would rather get the problem the problem fixed. But I'm feeling a tad discouraged by whatever problems are occurring with your paid ticketing service.

 

Here is my problem:

 

I am using object dock 2 from impulse (I am not using any betas). Some but not all systray icons will show in the system tray tab. both the windows and object dock settings are set to display all systray icons. the following icons do not not show in object dock but do show in windows system tray

 

blue tooth devices

crossloop

flu.x

hdd sentinal (two icons)

logitech g35 control

wowhead looter

Xmarks for ie

 

regrettably, a few of these icons contain the only way to interact with the running programs so this is no just a cosmetic issue for me. Ideally I would liek to replace the task bar and notification area (systray) with object dock.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like we never got your reply to either ticket.  Feel free to e-mail me directly at shirley [at] stardock.com to get this sorted.  My first question is are you on a 64 bit system?  If so, these icons may not show as ObjectDock is only 32 bit any may not be able to pick up on the 64 bit only apps.
