Group System Tray Icons

I i have many system tray icons on my system. I need to see them, because i use them very often.

When i enable the show system tray icons option my dock explodes :-)

 

So is there a way to group them??? In one "Icon"?

I would make a separate dock just for the system tray icons. Adjust the size and let them zoom with mouse over.

Had one running up the bottom right of a desktop. Looks ok ...
