Impulse has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Additionally, when I click send error report, it says there was an error while sending the error report.

xGhost4000x, please copy the full error log to notepad and save it as a .txt file to your desktop (or place you'll remember), and then attach it to an email to support@stardock.com .

In the email, please reference this thread's url.

Wait for an actual reply from a person (not the auto-receipt you'll receive) because writing again will kick your original email to the end of the queue.

Hope this will help. :)

Have you tried uninstalling Impulse, running a good registry cleaner and then reinstalling Impulse?

That's a .NET Framework error.
