ObjectDock 2: Windows 7 Taskbar Preview?

Is there any way to get the Windows 7 Taskbar Preview feature in ObjectDock 2?  That is, hover over an icon, and have a preview window appear for each window associated with the application.  It is only this feature that has me using the Windows Taskbar at all.  When I was still on WinXP I had it disabled entirely, but now that I'm on Win7 I have both it and ObjectDock up.  The latter, unfortunately, has just become a program launcher for me.

Thoughts?

I run ObjectDock Plus Version 2 and in a Zoomer Dock if you have a shortcut to Internet Explorer and you hover over it shows the same thing when you do that in the Taskbar.  If you have a Tab Dock and you set up a Tab for the Taskbar it will show a shot of the windows/programs you have opened.

Hope this is what you were talking about.  :sun:

What settings are you using?  I can get the preview window to show up as an icon, so to speak, but not a spread of preview windows like the Win7 taskbar.

What type of dock are you using, zoomer or tabbed?

Open up ObjectDock configuration, click on a zoomer dock that you have and then select On my dock.  Look under more options.  Do the same for a tabbed dock and then select Add a new tab.

I've tried both.  On the zoomer dock, what option do you select to enable previews?

Under Options click on 'Show running applications on my dock'.

This stuff is pretty much click on an option and see what it does type of learning.  You can't break anything and it's easy to reverse.  :sun:

I've done that, but no previews.  Reboot required, perhaps?  I'll try it later.  Thanks for the help!

It doesn't need a reboot.  Once you select show runninng applications all you have to do is mouse over them and you get a review.  Works fine here.  :sun:

Thanks.  Any way to speed it up?  The Windows 7 Taskbar has a default delay of 400ms, which you can speed up via a registry tweak.  That tweak doesn't seem to affect ObjectDock, though.
