Need help with Object Dock Plus 2

Fly-out Menu .. speed is too fast ?

I am Using Object Dock Plus 2.

I have many "Fly Out" menu's setup with multiple shortcuts inside each one.  I have a couple questions here:

 

1) It seems that I can only have 5 icons show in the fly out menu half circle at a time. I must hit the right or left arrow to advance to the next 5.  Is this changeable at all ? can I have more than five icons on screen at a time ?

2) The speed of the icons (off the fly out menu) are VERY FAST. They spin around way to fast for me. Can I slow these down at all ??

3) Is there any way to change the default 'circular' motion of the fly-out menu to a vertical fly-out menu ?

4) Lastly ... is there any way to save my settings so I can restore them if I do a reinstall of Windows and Object Desktop / Dock Plus ?

 

Please answer any that you can :O)  and let me know if you don't understand what I am asking.

Mmmm thanks but I was not thinking about switching programs.  Just want to know if this one can do what I need.
