had updated to 1.19n, deleted save folder, then started a new game on my usual test map(size 10 x 8 20 starts created in terragen2 has 3 continents and 3 shard islands and a total of 12 shards) custom sov & faction played to turn 314 had application crash unable to read memory

crash zip was created, added dxdiag & saves
