I cant find my game

Hi, I recently purchase the Company of Heroes Gold two days ago, but i didn't get any kind of confirmation email and cant find any status about it, I pay using a debit card and I just send a msg to sales@... but they didnt respond yet, so 2 days now and no info about my purchase... whats going on?

No support yet... it's just beatiful customer service you have and its my first time using Impulse, as you can guest its going to be the last time also

Are you sure the purchase went through? Credit Card? Debit Card? Paypal? 

Did you call your Credit Card Co. to ask if it went through? Or your bank? 

 

If you only just sent an email to sales, you're going to have to give them some time to look into it, right? They work 9-5 M-Fri. 

I have a feeling that your purchase didn't go through if there was no confirmation.

You should've rec'd an auto response. Check your Spam and/or Junk mail folder.

Have you downloaded the Impulse program and installed it yet? You need it to access the software.

Once installed, enter your email/password used for purchase and then check the Games tab.

Did you receive an auto-generated email from sales with a ticket number?  I so, then please post that number here.  If you didn't get a support ticket number then email support@stardock.com and you will receive a ticket number.  Post it here and I will make sure that support is aware of this issue when they return to work in the morning.

Although this is the section for support questions, the normal path to support is through email at support@stardock.com .

Depending on the volume of support tickets normal response time is one or two days during the work week.

I pay with a debit card of the bank of america, check the bank account and this is what I got

The "cantidad" tab is the price of the purchase, but the operation its not finished so doesn't show any cost on the tab, it seems that the bank aproved but stardock is waiting something and as I said, I didn't get any autorization email, not even in the spam folder

When you use a debit card attached to your bank account, your bank will reserve funds for pending transactions, which has the effect of reducing your current balance, even though the transaction hasn't gone through. You won't get your confirmation until it does.

Response time  (from sales/support) to an email can be 2-3 days.

If you're in a different Country it makes the debit transaction a slower form of payment than a credit card. Likely your Bank is the holdup, waiting to verify that Stardock is a real Company.

wickathou:  I don't see any registrations under your account, which means there was either a problem with the charge or it was made with different info.  Do you have a ticket in? If so, what's the ID?

wickathou:  After drinking some more coffee and looking at your ticket, I can't find a transaction associated with any of your information.  I've requested any other info you may have through the support system (posting personal details is not the best idea in the forums) and we'll go from there.  The fact that I can't find anything, and like you said the transaction appears to simply be an authorization, makes me think the charge may have failed.  You may want to get in touch with your bank to confirm this.
