giant icons

I installed the trial version of Stardock Windowblinds yesterday, but i uninstalled it today because the "minimize", "maximize" and "close" buttons became giant. after the uninstall was done the icons were still big. i get really stressed out by looking at them... please help me

EDIT: NVM i fixed it by creating a new "windows theme". Thnx
