Problem with order

Gift card won't process

I have tried to send a gift card to a friend through store.stardock.com and the order was processed, but I after waiting a while, neither of us have received email confirming the sale, or anything.  We're both still waiting to figure out where the gift card is.

 

Any ideas?

What method of payment was used?  Did you purchase with PayPal and if so was the email the same as your friends Impulse login email?

If this is the case then you may need to transfer the products to the applicable email.

Should that not resolve this then email support@stardock.com to start a trouble ticket and specify the steps you have taken.

Sales issues are always best handled through support@stardock.com or sales@stardock.com (both get to us).  On the forums is not the best place to try and sort out account specific things.
