Quality / Quantity buttons messed up - 1.19i

The following pictures were produced just by upgrading a peasant unit and saving it without making any changes. The results seem to be somewhat random based on how many you upgrade at a time, and how many you upgrade in total.  Either way, something is still messed up.

Once you get to a 3rd line of units, the buttons become blank. If you delete some units and have only 2 rows, the buttons are still blank. When creating units and on some already created units, there is a lot of transfer of portraits. This might occur when creating a new unit, as it seems that a unit that was fine will look like another unit after creating one that has a transferred portrait. Also, a few times I've clicked on a caravan and the unit below was put in the build stack (I know I am clicking on the caravan and not the unit below - I checked to make sure - this has happened too many times to be user error). I will send pics the next time this happens.

I am also seeing this on my geforce 7600gs system, but have not seen it in my other comps, and have been seeing it during the 1.19 beta series

Yes, I have seen this.  I have also seen where the icon overlay for the buttons is offset in a weird way.

Debug here, all I did was upgrade a peasant unit and exit, then upgrade another and exit. It produced a result similar to the first picture except with one less row. It's impossible to reproduce these with any kind of consistency, I can repeat the same actions over and over, but the result is not always the same. It's as though this bug does not want to be found. I was not able to re-create the picture blanking itself out, although it happened a few times before.
