ObjectDock Plus2 and Fences conflict

I have a strange situation that just started happening after turning on Object Dock Plus 2.  When I installed it and ran it it was fine.  Then rebooted my computer today and my Fences disappeared.  Icons seem to be in the fence because I can move the mouse  to the Title bar of the Fence and move it but the fence is not visible.  I went to MSCONFIG and turned off the ObjectDock 2 and rebooted.  Fences now runs fine.  Both Fences and ObjectDock Plus 2 are verified as installed correctly in the Impulse program.  These are both paid for subscription programs.  Anyone else have a similar experience or can give insight.  Have also uninstalled OBJDock plus2 and reinstalled.
