Forums not displaying properly

I'm having trouble viewing the forums!

The forum appears in a frame surrounded by GalCiv2 links (Home, Databank, Downloads etc), which means that only half the width of the monitor is displaying the forums. How can I view the forums without the frame?

My browser is Opera 11. 

edit: also, how do I subscribe to topics? 

edit 2: using forums.stardock instead of forums.galciv is a great improvement. Now I'm using about 3/4 of the monitor width to display the forum!
