Start menu/task bar pops up every ten seconds, how do i fix?

Hey, when I have my DesktopX running, my menu bar(task bar) every 5 seconds flashes up, and then in a second goes away. It's extremly irritating! Does anyone know why this happens and how can I fix this? Thanks for your time!

disable auto-hide and always on top should do the trick
