No download link??

i just purchased windowblinds and downloaded impulse they said they would send me a download link and my serials but never received nothing in my email??? its been about an hour? how do i download the full version of windowblinds? im so confused im a new user and when i go to impulse there is no download tab i searched it through impulse to try and download but they want me to pay?? how to i use impulse and where is my download link and serial for windowblinds?? please help im confused

Did you purchase with a Credit Card, debit card, or Paypal?

silly qestion, but you are i assume logging into impulse with the same account which you used to buy windowblinds?, and in impulse itself check the my software tab to see if windowblinds is listed as available, if so click on it then click install. Otherwise follow this up with an email to support@stardock.com . these guys are really good at dealing with problems and i assure you they will make this right for you. Just have a little patience and all will be well :)

yes i am logging in with same account when i click my software windowblinds is not in there unfortunately... and i purchased with a debit card.. is there a difference on payment method?     thanks for the help im LOST! im pretty sure i purchased twice cuz i thought mayb the first one didnt go thru :-( cuz i have 2 order numbers

If you haven't done so already then please email support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket.  Include what email you used and purchase info. Stardock will return to work in the morning.  When you receive a ticket number then please post it here.

* Do not send more than 1 email until you hear back from one of the support staff.  The auto-response email with a support ticket does not count.
