Iconpackager and Windows 7 issues

No option for icons changing on properties tab

I´ve recently bought OD and installed all applications on Windows 7 X64 .Iconpackager 5 simply has no option to change the icon of a a file .

on the "properties" tab.

What happened ? Any bit Incompatibility issue here ? Just because I remember it worked well on Win 7 x32.

It is there go to the package you want then go to Icons and cursors Tab then select what you want on the bar below  that says drives,  files and others,  so on and so on. Select an Icon and on the left hand side you will see change this icon

What are you looking at the properties of where this does not appear?
