It didn't work. I worded it wrong so I'm giving an example to help explain better. (Sorry not very Computer Smart) So lets say google chrome, when i click on the program it will open but it doesn't take up the whole screen in stead in only opens in a square taking up about a quarter of the screen. This also happens when I minimize a program and click on it again to use it again it will not open maximized. I hope that explains a little better. Basically i want programs to always open maximized as they normally do. And what i mean by opening is when i open it from Objectdoc because from anywhere else it opens without a problem.Thnx for the help!

You can stretch it to fill window and close and it will open at last sizing. In the case of Chrome; open it, open 2nd instance and maximize. Close 1st instance. Close 2nd. It should now open maximized.

If the Problem only exists when launching from object dock then select maximize

Sorry guys it doesn't work. This is what I'm doing. I open google chrome from object dock and it opens but not maximized, then i maximize it and i minimize it to click on something on my desktop. Then when I'm done with doing whatever i was doing on my desktop i click on google chrome from the object dock (which is still open but minimized) and it opens but not fully maximized. I'm also not sure how to get to Dock Icon Properties so i can't say if that would work. I have though set the properties of google chrome to open maximized and got nothing. Keep in mind this happens with any program not just chrome so i know chrome doesn't have any problems. Do you guys understand what I'm saying cause i feel like I'm not explaining it right lol and i apologize. I do have the free version if that might be the problem.I really appreciate the help so far!

What OS are you using?

Never mind guess i fixed it! I needed to turn on View > Show All Running Windows. Now the only problem i have with this is that when i minimize something it moves sort of slowly towards the object dock. Is there any way to speed this up so that it minimizes instantly. For example when you minimize something without object dock it is instant. I hope i got my point across and thnx so much for the help!

That's usually a sign of computer power....although "sort of slowly" is relative to the viewer. You can try Settings/ Performance Options, but in the end, I think it is what it is as it relates to OD verus the Taskbar.

Yea I did set to performance over memory and I set it to low quality. I thought it was minimizing and maximizing slowly because it was set to. I don't feel like its my computer that is going slow because it shouldn't take too much power to minimize. Anyways thanks so much for all the help!
