The game hangs when i have both of my monitors on and i try and load the game. As in the fact that i have to ctrl + alt + del and log myself off of my account. It looks like the game is trying to change the screen size of both of my monitors and in doing so hanging itself.
Doesn't work with 3 monitors either -- in extended desktop mode. If you have eyefinity and group your monitors as one desktop, AFTD will start and allow you to set resolutions up to the size of your desktop (in my case 5760 x 1200). Haven't check how well it works in this mode yet, but at least it starts.

Works for me with 2nd monitor just being idle, but takes a lot of screen flashing to start the game, and maybe a couple of ctrl-alt-dels to kick it along.
Think setting desktop to windows basic helps it deal with whatever issues it has
