Fences and Dual Monitors

So Fences came with my HP Envy 15, started using it lately when I found out you can make your own folders.

So here's the question I often connect a monitor to my laptop and I have the the external monitor set as my primary display. So my Task bar, and gadgets move over, however my Fences shortcuts do not! I have to manually move them over!!!!! Does anyone know how to make them automatically move over to my primary monitor?

Hi,

I too have a dual monitor but, they are for a desktop.  I have found that if you disconnect and reconnect monitors it seems to confuse fences.  My only solution was to take frequent 'Snapshots' of it through the fences program.  I am at lunch at work so I am not sure where it is at the moment.  If you right click on an empty spot on the desktop, you should be able to choose 'configure fences'.  I think it is listed under 'Other tools' in the fences GUI and then snapshots.  Each time you reconnect your monitor, you should just be able to 'Restore' the fences from the snapshot screen.  I hope that helps.  I like many of the functions of fences such as 'auto placement' to certain fences, transparency%, double clicking for hiding, etc.  I have some suggestions which I need to e-mail to them.
