Does this forum have an "Ignore" function that I'm just missing?  Or does it desperately need one?

 

EDIT:  The official response I received was...

There is no ignore function at this time, but I do have it on my todo list.  I'm not sure when it will be implemented though...

Nice to have one helpful response in a thread full of people trying to be "cute" or whatever. I've never been to the Wincustomize forums, but it seems like they need an "Off Topic" section or "Stupid Forum Games" section or something to keep people occupied.

still a waste of bandwidth...

seems about once a month someone comes along wanting an ignore button when it's not needed...simply ignore someone if they're hassling you. These posts tend to invite ridicule...for better or worse. Lucky you're not a skinner because if you can't handle a little negativity or criticism, you'd probably have a nervous breakdown if you were.... <_<

We have many other more serious design issues with these forums before getting into Ignore User.

 

I'd honestly even prefer a vBulletin style forums to the current layout of SD forums.
