Elemental: I cant kill my citys, and a little more

Tried the x button, tried to raze all other buildings, I even tried on all my other citys, they just wont die :-(   Another thing I have been thinking about it the fact that the manual and on their website ther are info on content that i cant find, i have the latest patch from inpulse.  Is ther anyone out there who have wisdom on the heroes there are lots of other things gone to, but maby they cut stuf out but didnt bother to change screen shots and manuals

I serched the net and found a bug report saying that a tec wasnt needed for razing citys, I guesed they fixed the bug, and serched the tecs and in the militery line i got it :) yay.

 

But the rest of my questin, do i have a bug that makes me miss losts of content...

I see skills for heroes and things like wisdom totaly gone. And when i delited the game and whent in and delited the folders too, but still my created content are stll there.... weird
