Log in troubles

Can't log in

from WinCustomize Forums

For some reason my login isn't working properly, I put in the correct info but It's not being recognize, I wanted to post a comment. It refuses to except. I see in the forums it alright but in the other sections it isn't HELP:') please TY.:inlove:

What browser are you using? 

Have you tried closing out the browser and clearing out the history and cookies? 

How about rebooting?

Where were you trying to leave a comment, on a forum thread or on skin?

I think I'm having the same issue, just re-download Galactic Civilizations II after a year or 2 out, but stardock central refuses my login details, even though it's working on here! Not only that, but if I purposely put in an incorrect password, it recognises that it's the wrong password. With the correct details, it still tells me it failed to log in.

Any ideas what in the world is wrong with it? I can't access the updates without Stardock Central apparently!

Just to update on the weirdness of this problem - I am currently logged in to stardock, writing this post, from WITHIN stardock central - which still refuses to log me in!

Stardock Central is no longer supported. You have to install Impulse.

I've done that, installed the games through Impulse, but when I click to update the games it automatically opens Stardock Central. How can I update them another way? Or am I being really stupid and they already are? :blush:

You should uninstall Stardock Central, as it's no longer maintained, and probably doesn't work. Games are updated via logging into Impulse, clicking the 'Updates' tab, then click the 'Update' button. If there isn't an 'Updates' tab, then there are no updates available for your installed games.
