Unable to register copy of SoaSE via Impulse

Tech Support unhelpful and still can't play the game...

I'm left speechless with the support I got, I was told to avoid going via 'Sales Email Support' and told to go via 'Support Email', which I did on the 23rd Jan'11, 5 days later I get reply asking to send in proof of purchase as well as pictures of the game, game case, serial number etc... which I did an hour after I got that email on the same day.

4 Days later, (today 1st Feb) I get an email saying;

Zeo,
This message is regarding your Ticket ID #ZOS-XXXXXX. We are changing the status of this ticket to 'Closed' as we have not received a response from you in 24 hours. 

I had not received anything from them between the 28th Jan and today 1st Feb

What am I to do, wasted all this money on a game plus the 2 expansion packs and can't play and no support from anyone... is there no support what so ever!?!?!?!?!?!

What was the actual ticket ID?
