windowblinds doesn't display on startup

!I have 2 problems, please help, i don't know where to post.
I have a windowblinds 4 free version. Everything was ok for 2 months. now, i set the skin , but when next time I restart my computer, the skin is not set/it is not shown and i see classic windows view. In other words, it doesn't display on startup. please help what do i do , where is the software or update to fix the problem? Another problem is - Now, it does download like it used to but, but the new skins are not installed in window blinds. please help.
ALSO, do i need to uninstall reinstall windowblinds4, if i have to uninstall it, will i loose all my skins?
