No transparency/textures in Explorer?
I swear I've looked everywhere for an answer to this issue, with no results. So forgive me if there is some obvious solution, because I couldn't find it. lol
Basically, nothing seems to affect explorer's visuals, save for the toolbar changing color: textures, transparency, folders; none of it shows up.
For instance, this is how it's supposed to look according to WB:

But this is how it turns out:

(I have no idea what's up with the black rectangles in the corners, but they're only there occasionally, and the Minimize/maximize rim around Explorer is actually present, I'm not sure why it didn't show in the screenshot lol)
Anyway, I have the 'Emulate transparency' option checked for XP, and still nothing. Although, that seems to give me texture and transparency in my start menu, otherwise it looks like Explorer- white and thick.
