i bought entrenchment over a year ago and now im on a new pc. i downloaded sins of the cd and logged into impule looking for the entrenchment upgrade but it wasnt there. i tried the serial retrieval process but it sends me an email saying i can download sins not entrenchment. when i looked at the email more it says i bought the game + box. i bought my copy of sins from walmart. i bought the upgrade from sinsofasolarempire.com

i also used the support ticket but noone responds to it.   id like to keep playing entrenchment, those star bases are cool, can anyone help me out?

If you didn't receive the auto-reply from Support, check your spam folder. Might've got sent there by mistake.

Also, is the email you registered Sins under different than the one you bought Entrenchment under? You might have ended up with more than one account.

yes i did but in that email it said i purchased the game+ box instead of saying i purchased entrenchment. i bought the actual game in a walmart and its saying i bought it online, i bought entrenchment online not the game. i tried the serial retrieval for both email accounts i use and its not registering that i bought it, i only use 2 emails...

No auto-reply either? Not even in spam folder? If so, then they probably never got your email at all.

if you try to make a new ticket you are moved to the bottom of the pile and the moderators are rarely heard from accept in the technical section.
