Help with Object Desktop

Hey everyone. Sorry I've been away for awhile (like I'm sure anyone even noticed... ) but I had a really bad PC crash last week and am just now up and running once more.

One of the things that sucks about crashing PCs is getting them back to usable status afterwards when you've made two million little modifications since your initial install. Now I start the long arduous process of reinstalling Object Desktop and all its associated programs.

Problem: How do I do that? I can't seem to remember how I did it in the first place, so I'm not sure where to start. I know I need Component Manager, but where do I download that from? Obviously, I can't get it from OD since I need it to access OD... Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike

Thanks, guys.

One advantage of my crash was getting to start over from scratch...never something I'd consign myself to do without being absolutely forced; too much damn work.

Luckily, my reinstall coincided with the arrival of my copy of WinXP RC1 in the mail. So now I'm running XP from a fresh install. All I can say is...Wow! I've read a lot about it, vehemently defended its right to exist, and even had the chance to play around with some of the early versions (pre-beta). But the (almost-)finished product is something else. Say what you will about Evil MS, but they have a winner on their hands with this one. It's beautiful, functional, and user-friendly. I am very impressed.

Anyway, thanks again for the info. I'll get right on it.
