Newbie upload ?

On the upload page where it says "read this" if it is the first time u/l the link is broken...could someone send me this info please?

I'm not sure how files are u/l (i.e. bmp, jpg or zip?)

Zip files for skins, and jpegs for screenshots.

screenshots should be a .jpg

the skin file could be a .zip, .dxtheme, .obskin , etc...... Depending on which app it's for..
