Ai def for custom abilities ?

Looking for help with the ai def for a spell ability iv created for a npc wandering champion, can anyone help ?

the ability works fine, but she never uses it in quick combat, when attacked by me, she uses the ability, but runs towards me, she should try to stay away. I simply cannot find these defs in the elemental data english folders or files

(bugs are : 1st round damage is wrongly calculated, sometimes double damage (this damage is in blue, just like the armor debuff the spell has as a secondary effect, not sure why this happnes, it does not happen when under my control.)
