How to get a refund ?

Well after emailing them several times they finally responded.

I was told that I could get 75 % refund unless I want to try to solve the problem.

And I tried but whatever I write the only response I get is this

EVERY time I get this message!

I wasted almost 80 $ for this crappy software and is it too much to ask for a tech support other than auto reply ?

I know people who spend hundreds on software to get even less of a response. And I don't find any of this software crappy.

Tech support won't help me and sales dept never responds...

The software (Object Desktop) is not responsive, can't connect most of the time and when it does (it takes about 2 min) the speed is less than 2 Kb/s

Most of the skins don't work as they should.

It crashes RegetPro and vTuner software.

Second Nature Desktop application' windows is partially displayed when running any theme.

I have removed all of their software and I had to manually clean my registry.

I did use the file they are recommending but it didn't remove it all.


I used Style XP and I liked it, but I thought that WindowsBlinds has a better community support.
And a lot of talented theme makers...

That's why I purchased it and it was a mistake.

I don't know what to do, if they are going to help me I don't want my money back BUT if they keep sending the same autoreply (just got one more) I don't consider that to be tech support.

It reminds me of AOL, whatever the problem was I would get the same auto reply.

Yrag I will use that number tomorrow, but if I can pay online why can't I get my refund online instead of calling a toll number ?

Everytime you send an email, you're going to get the same auto reply message......... that's what an auto reply does. Give them time to respond.

Dumpa, we requested more information (like system specifics) and are waiting for a response.  Please respond to tech support answering the questions if you want to resolve the issue. 

What you quoted is an auto reply, as it states.  you get one every time we receive your email.  It also states at the bottom on how to reply if you have not resolved the issue.

It will be very hard to trouble shoot if you do not have the software installed, however.

Did you every listen to that old Word Perfect Tech Support wav file a few years back? about boxing it back up and sending it back?

Dumpa...even though Wincustomize.com is not infact Stardock Support there are very many talented and capable people here quite willing to help sort problems.

It's what a community does.

If you can re-install the software and contact Support as KarmaGirl has advised you may soon have your problem/s sorted.

And in the meantime the experienced users here can guide you as well.

I know it gets frustrating dealing with something beyond current understanding [because you are new to it, or it to you] but time, patience and those willing to help can solve just about anything...
