Galaxy Forge Question

Hey I need help figuring out why the "bonuses" I edited into my home planet work, but the ones I put in the adjacent ones don't?

Doesn't make sense as everything is the same with both.

One has the bonuses, all the other don't and I did the planetery research just to make sure.

did you place the bonus under required or random

What bonus and what planet was it? Also are you sure you have the bonuses to "NoOwner" and set the priority to "Always"?
