bunch of problems

OK here's the deal.
I've purchased a subscription for this web site and Object Desktop package.
I have problems logging in, downloading (when it works the speed is about 8 kB).
I have cable connection.
The only thing that actually works fine is Cursor XP (I've purchased it too).
I don't know how is this site related to Stardock but I hope someone could help me.
I sent 3 emails so far and got no response. The first one was sent around Thanksgiving.
So far I wasted 60 $.
Is this normal for this company ?
I just need to know so I can contact my bank.

Stardock is probably running behind with the email due to the server fiasco, then the Thanksgiving weekend, but they'll catch up. And no, you haven't wasted your money.......
