[1.09p][Crash] Recurring crash after hitting turn button.

It seems to crash after about 15 to 20 turns.  I can reload a save game and everything is fine until about 15 turns later.  After it crashes, there is no zip file created, only the debug.err file.  This was on a clean install.  I deleted all folders between "o" and "p"
