Fresh downloads of elemental and impulse
I currently cannot play this game because of this reason. I have not changed anything on my computer since the launch of this game concerning firewalls, internet, etc. This did not just happened with 1.09o, it also happened with 1.09n. It seemed to all start when I changed my forum password on the Stardock website.
I have since changed it on the impulse log on and have no issues with impulse or updating Elemental, but I cannot play the game because it fails to start due failed to dowload data file.
Try hitting shift - tab when this message is on screen.
The ingame overlay does not recognize your new login and fails to connect to Impulse.
Just change the login information. The next time you start the Game it should run again.
Had the same issue a few minutes ago.
The shift tab gives me the message
"Your account does not have access to this title."
However i accidentally hit esc key and the message went away, and the menu has come up.
