Help with Vista

I know this may seem like a weird question.  I've tried everything in my power to make this happen but to no avail. >:(

Is there a way to skin the white part of the window in vista, at least to make it colored?  What I mean, let's say for example when you open

My Computer, everything else is skinned, and I want the white part of the screen colored, instead of the traditional white background?  I've seen

especially in the masterskins screenshots, of how their areas is colored, I have a masteerskin I'm using VOX by Vstyler, his screenshot the area is colored, whereas mine isn't??

Any help will be much appreciated.  :dur:

There are substyles with the Vox skin, if you look at the bottom of the WB config window you should see a tab that says "4 Styles", click that and apply "Vox Vista". It has the darker window background.  "Vox Vista2" has the white window. B[]
