Logoff/shutdown buttons for Windows 7 - SOLVED

I keep forgetting how to control the position of the logoff/shutdown buttons. Isn't it controlled by the startmenu bottom bar somehow?

Logoff button Section> 7 Start Menu Buttons> Normal Arrow> Extra Settings> Horizontal or Vertical shift control
